Dibalik gerakan tendangan double pencak silat: Kajian sistematik dalam analisis biomekanika

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengintegrasikan beberapa informasi yang di muat dalam sebuah resume tentang biomekanika tendangan double dalam olaharaga beladiri pencak silat. Basis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada Wiley, Idokan Poland Association, PubMed, Cendekia, Schoolar dan beberapa jurnal relevan yang berhubungan dengan Tendangan Samping dan Pencak Silat. Sumber mengacu pada data sejak 2021 hingga 1998 tertua untuk mendapatkan sumber terkait tendangan double pencak silat. Gerakan kaki atlet saat akan melakukan gerakan tendangan double masih belum tepat dalam membentuk gerakan sesuai standar kaidah IPSI sehingga tendangan yang dihasilkan kurang maksimal. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah tendangan double dalam olahraga beladiri pencak silat memiliki teknik yang sulit di banding tendangan lainnya. Seorang atlet silat harus memiliki akurasi, kecepatan, kebenaran, ketepatan dan sudut segment tubuh dalam sebuah pertandingan terlebih lagi dalam melakukan gerak tendangan double. Analisa gerakan tendangan double atlet harus sesuai dengan ilmu mekanika diperlukan agar dapat dilakukan perbaikan serta atlet dapat melakukan gerakan tendangan double lebih efektif, efisien dan meminimalisir resiko cedera saat bertanding. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan mampu menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi peforma secara detail terkait komponen kondisi fisik.
Behind the double kick movement of pencak silat: A systematic review in biomechanical analysis
Abstract: This study aims to integrate some of the information in a resume about the biomechanics of double kicks in pencak silat martial arts. The database used in this study refers to Wiley, Idokan Poland Association, PubMed, Cendekia, Schoolar, and several relevant journals related to Kick Side and Pencak Silat. Sources refer to the oldest data from 2021 to 1998 to obtain sources related to pencak silat double kicks. The athlete's foot movement when going to do a double kick is still not right in forming a movement according to the IPSI standard rules, so the resulting kick is less than optimal. The conclusion obtained is that a silat athlete must have the accuracy, speed, correctness, accuracy, and body segment angles in a match, especially in doing double kicks. The analysis of the athlete's double kick movement must be in accordance with the necessary mechanics so that improvements can be made and the athlete can perform the double kick movement more effectively and efficiently and minimize the risk of injury when competing. Future research is expected to be able to analyze and identify performance in detail related to the components of physical conditions.
