PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA TIGA DIMENSI MATERI PERUBAHAN ENERGI UNTUK PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF SISWA SMPN 1 MUNGKID THE DEVELOPMENT OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEDIA IN ENERGY CHANGE MATERIAL FOR LEARNING RESULT COGNITIVE OF THE STUDENT IN SMPN 1 MUNGKID

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang layak pada materi perubahan energi, 2) untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif setelah menggunakan pengembangan media tiga dimensi dilihat dari hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Pengembangan media tiga dimensi diadaptasi dari model Borg and Gall (1989), yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draf, uji coba dan dideseminasi. Pengembangan media tiga dimensi divalidasi oleh dua dosen ahli dan dua guru IPA SMPN 1 Mungkid. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk kelayakan media tiga dimensi terdiri dari instrumen keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, instrumen validasi produk media tiga dimensi, instrumen responden siswa serta soal pretest dan posttest untuk melihat hasil belajar kognitif siswa menggunakan analisis gain score. Pengembangan media tiga dimensi layak digunakan katagori sangat baik dan mampu peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dalam analisis gain score dengan katagori sedang.

The purpose of this research are 1) to develop decent learning medias for energy's change material, 2) to know there is increase or not the result of cognitive after using three-dimensional media's development that seen from student's. The development of three-dimensional media is adapted from Borg and Gall's model (1989), that is from the stage of research and data collection, planed, develop drafted, tested and then disseminated. The three-dimensional media development is validated by one of the media expert lecture, one of the media expert lecturer and two science teachers of SMPN 1 Mungkid. The instruments that used in three-dimensional media use learning implementation instrument, validation of three-dimensional product's instrument, student respondents questionnaire and the pretest and posttest to see the increasing result cognitive of the student's with "gain score" analysis. The result that obtained from the three-dimensional media development is very good criteria and to increase result cognitive student's from the average result of "gain score" analysis included medium category.
