PEMAKNAAN KEPERCAYAAN PASIEN MILENIAL ANTARA DOKTER DAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DALAM KONSULTASI KESEHATAN

Abstract


Kehadiran Kecerdasan Buatan Artifical Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia kesehatan telah menciptakan paradigma baru bagi pasien dalam mencari informasi medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman yang saling terkait (intertwined experiences) pada generasi milenial dalam memanfaatkan Artifical Intelligence (AI) dan layanan dokter konvensional. Dengan menggunakan metode Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), penelitian ini menggali bagaimana lima partisipan yang berusia 29-44 tahun yang merupakan pengguna aktif layanan kesehatan digital memaknai peran kedua entitas antara Artifical Intelligence (AI) dan layanan dokter secara langsung dalam proses konsultasi kesehatan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengalaman pasien milenial tidak berdiri sendiri, melainkan saling terhubung antara penggunaan teknologi dan interaksi manusiawi. Artifical Intelligence (AI) dipahami sebagai instrumen yang unggul dalam aspek efisiensi teknis, memberikan kecepatan akses, dan kelengkapan data medis yang bersifat informatif. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Artifical Intelligence (AI) memiliki batasan dalam memberikan validasi emosional. Sebaliknya, peran dokter tetap menjadi elemen krusial melalui dimensi empati, kehadiran afektif, dan kualitas komunikasi interpersonal yang memberikan ketenangan batin bagi pasien. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan pasien milenial terbentuk dari sinergi antara fungsionalitas data Artifical Intelligence (AI) dan sentuhan manusiawi dokter. Penemuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun teknologi menawarkan kemudahan, interaksi interpersonal dokter tetap menjadi jangkar utama kepercayaan di era disrupsi digital.
