PENINGKATAN MINAT WIRAUSAHA MELALUI PELATIHAN LIFE SKILLS BIDANG BOGA DI PANTI ASUHAN AL-DZIKRO

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat wirausaha melalui pelatihan vocational skills bidang boga di panti asuhan Al-Dzikro. Minat berwirausaha anak panti mencakup aspek kognisi meliputi pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, emosi meliputi perasaan senang, ketertarikan, dan perhatian terhadap wirausaha, serta konasi meliputi keinginan, usaha, sikap mandiri dan keyakinan minat berwirausaha. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan model penelitian tindakan dari Kemmis dan Taggart berbentuk spiral. Hasil penelitian diketahui peningkatan minat wirausaha pada anak panti. Persentase minat wirausaha kelas anak panti kondisi awal 66% mengalami kenaikan menjadi 71% pada siklus I, siklus II menjadi 85%. Dari aspek kognisi, emosi dan konasi anak panti mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklus. Pada siklus II ke-20 anak minat wirausaha mereka dalam kategori tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian siklus I dan II dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pelatihan Life Skills bidang boga dapat meningkatkan minat wirausaha pada anak panti asuhan Al-Dzikro.

 

Abstract
This study aimed to increase entrepreneurial interest through food vocational skills training at the Al-Dzikro orphanage. The interest in orphanage entrepreneurship includes aspects of cognition including entrepreneurial knowledge of the interests of entrepreneurship, emotions include feelings of pleasure, interest, and attention to entrepreneurship, as well as relationships including desire, effort, independent attitude and interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using action research models from Kemmis and Taggart in a spiral shape. The results of the study revealed an increase in entrepreneurial interest in orphans. The percentage of entrepreneurial interest in the orphanage class of the initial condition increased by 71% to the first cycle, the second cycle to 85%. From the aspects of cognition, emotion and konasi the orphans experienced an increase in each cycle. In the second cycle of 20 children their entrepreneurial interests are in a high category. From the results of the data obtained in the research cycle I and II, it can be concluded that through the Life Skills training in food sector can increase entrepreneurial interest in Al-Dzikro orphanage children
