EVALUASI PEMANFAATAN KIDSMART EARLY LEARNING PRGORAM DI RUMAH BELAJAR MODERN BANGUNHARJO SEWON BANTUL

Penelitian ini menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Interactive Model Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dengan model evaluasi CIPP menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pemanfaatan kidsmartearlylearningprogram di rumah belajar modern Bangunharjo Sewon Bantul meliputi: (1) evaluasi context, terdiri dari (a) latar belakang program didasari oleh keinginan menambah koleksi dan mendapat hibah dari IBM Jakarta, (b) analisis kebutuhan program, untuk mempermudahkan anak belajar secara menyenangkan melalui game, (c) tujuan program, mencerdaskan dan memberdayakan masyarakat, (d) sasaran program, anak usia 3-11 tahun. (2) evaluasi inputterdiri dari (a) kompetensi pendidik, RBM tidak memiliki kualifikasi khusus untuk pengelola (b) kesiapan pengunjung, pengunjung masih merasa kesulitan, (c) kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, sudah mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran dengan baik, (d) kualitas penyajian materi, pengelola melakukan pendampingan dengan cara mengajak pengunjung untuk bermain langsung game kidsmart, (e) kecakapan pengelola, pengelola bukanlah expert ataupun pihak yang berwenang untuk mengadakan sarana prasarana. (3) Evaluasi process, Kidsmart Early Learning Program berhasil menjadi daya tarik pengunjung, dibandingkan dengan bermain permainan tradisional, (4) Evaluasi product,kidsmart dapat menciptakan situasi bermain (belajar) yang menyenangkan bagi anak, menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu anak. Namun dari segi pengemasan materi kurang berhasil jika diterapkan di sekitar Rumah Belajar Modern.

Abstract
The objective of the study is to evaluate the context, input, process, product, and kidsmartearlylearningprogramutilization in modern learning house in Bangunharjo, Sewon, Bantul. The study used CIPP evaluation model. The study was conducted in Modern Learning House which was located in Bangunharjo, Sewon, Bantul. The data collection method used interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed by Interactive Model of Miles and Huberman which using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study using CIPP evaluation model showed that evaluation of kidsmart early learning program utilization in Bangunharjo, Sewon, Bantul contain of: (1) context evaluation, consists of (a) program background based on intention to add collection and to get fund from IBM Jakarta, (b) analysis of program needs, to facilitate children to study more fun using game, (c) the goal of program,to educate and empowering people, (d) the target of program, children who were in 3-11 years old. (2) inputevaluation consists of (a) teacher competences, RBM did not have special qualification for staff (b) visitors readiness, visitors still faced difficulties on using apllication, (c) facilities and infastructures, it was able to support learning process, (d) material presentation qualities, staff accompanied visitors by inviting visitors to play game kidsmart directly, (e) staff competences, staffs were not expert or authorized part who were able to conduct facilities and infrastructures. (3) Process evaluation, Kidsmart Early Learning Programbecame more attractive facilities than traditional games, (4) Product evaluation,kidsmartwas able to make learning condition more fun for children and grow children’s curiosity.
