Pengaruh disiplin kerja, kerja sama, pemanfaatan teknologi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Selong

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh disiplin kerja, kerja sama, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan kepuasan kerja secara terpisah dan bersama terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Se Kecamatan Selong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif berjenis expost facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: secara terpisah disiplin kerja, kerja sama, pemanfaatan teknologi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Se Kecamatan Selong, secara bersama disiplin kerja, kerja sama, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Se Kecamatan. Secara parsial semakin tinggi disiplin kerja, kerja sama, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan kepuasan kerja guru maka semakin baik kinerjanya begitupula secara simultan, ditunjukkan dengan besarnya kontribusi secara berurutan: 33,2%, 36,5%, 18,5%,10,1%, dan 45,4%.

THE EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE, COOPERATION, TECHNOLOGY USE, WORK SATISFACTION ON TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCES AT VHS IN SELONG DISTRICT

Abstract

This study aims to investigate: the effect of work discipline, cooperation, technology use, and work satisfaction partially and simultaneously on teachers’ performances at vocational high schools (VHSs) in Selong District. The study employed a quantitative method and was an ex post facto study. The results of the study are as follows: partially work discipline, contribution, technology use, work satisfaction significantly influence teachers’ performances at VHSs in Selong District, simultaneously work discipline, collaboration,  technology use, and work satisfaction significantly influence teachers’ performances at VHSs in Selong District . Partially as well as simultaneously the higher their work discipline, collaboration,  technology use, and work satisfaction is, the better their performances are as, shown by the amount of contribution in a sequence: 33.2%, 36.5%, 18.5%, 10.1%, and 45.4%.
