PEMANFAATAN MODAL SOSIAL DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SEKOLAH DI SDIT BINA INSAN KAMIL TURI

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan modal sosial dalam peningkatan kualitas sekolah, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya di SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Turi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian: (1) modal sosial yang ditemukan di sekolah terdiri dari jaringan, kepercayaan, norma, persahabatan dan kerjasama; (2) kualitas sekolah di SDIT Bina Insan Kamil meliputi input, proses dan output; (3) faktor pendukung dalam pemanfaatan modal sosial dalam peningkatan kualitas sekolah berasal dari sekolah yang aktif dalam kegiatan sosial dan berinisiatif membangun kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sekolah dan faktor penghambatnya adalah SDM belum semua memiliki kualifikasi akademik yang sesuai standart dan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana yang belum maksimal.

Abstract This research aims to describe the use of social capital in school quality and supporting and inhibiting factors in SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Turi. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The results of the research show that: (1) social capital found in schools consists of networks, beliefs, norms, friendship and cooperation; (2) quality of schools in SDIT Bina Insan We add inputs, processes and outputs; (3) supporting factors in the use of social capital in improving the quality of schools come from schools that are active in social activities and take the initiative to build cooperation with various parties to improve the quality of school educationand the inhibiting factors are those who have not met academic qualifications that are in accordance with the standards and improvements in facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized.
