PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM FULL DAY SCHOOL DI SDIT ANAK SHOLEH SEDAYU KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstrak
Tujuan peneliti adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan implementasi program full day school di SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu. (2) Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam implementasi program full day school di SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, orang guru, dan siswa SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanan program full day school di SDIT Anak Sholeh mencakup: (a) Penempatan mata pelajaran sulit di awal dan ringan di sore hari. (b) Sekolah melakukan strategi seperti jembatan keledai, reward and punishment dan pembiasaan. (c) Sarpras untuk menunjang pelaksanaan full day school. (d) Sekolah memberikan pendalaman materi kepada siswa agar bisa lebih memahami dan dapat membentuk karakter. Faktor yang mendukung pelaksanaan full day school di SDIT Anak Sholeh terdapat penambahan kurikulum yang berbasis agama Islam dan kurikulum muatan khusus. Faktor penghambat di SDIT Anak Sholeh yaitu mengenai sarana prasarana.

Abstrak
The aim of the researchers is: (1) Describe the implementation of a full day school program in SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu. (2) Describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of a full day school program at SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Subjects in this study included principals, vice principals, teachers, and students of SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of a full day school program in SDIT Anak Sholeh includes: (a) Placement of subjects is difficult at the beginning and light in the afternoon. (b) Schools conduct strategies such as donkey bridges, reward and punishment and habituation. (c) Sarpras to support the implementation of full day school. (d) Schools provide deepening of material to students so that they can better understand and shape characters. Factors that support the implementation of full day school in SDIT Anak Sholeh are the addition of Islamic-based curriculum and special content curriculum. The inhibiting factor in SDIT Anak Sholeh is about infrastructure.
