PARTISIPASI ORANG TUA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PAUD HOLISTIK INTEGRATIF DI TK NEGERI SEMIN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk partisipasi orang tua dalam pengembangan PAUD Holistik Integratif di TK Negeri Semin serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat partisipasi orang tua dalam program tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Setting penelitian di TK Negeri Semin. Subjek penelitian adalah orang tua, kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data (display data) dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah trianggulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) PAUD Holistik Integratif di TK Semin diberikan melalui layanan pendidikan, kesehatan dan gizi, perlindungan, pengasuhan dan olahraga; 2) Partisipasi orang tua dalam pengembangan PAUD Holistik Integratif sudah cukup baik dilihat dari perngambilan keputusan, orang tua aktif menghadiri rapat dan memberikan sumbangan ide. Partisipasi orang tua dalam pelaksanaan seperti partisipasi tenaga dalam keterlibatan disetiap kegiatan sekolah. Partisipasi dalam pengambilan manfaat menambah keakraban antar wali murid dan suasana kekeluargaan disekolah . Pada partisipasi dalam evaluasi, orang tua menghadiri rapat rutin akhir semester serta memberikan sumbangan gagasan; 3) Faktor pendukung partisipasi orang tua yaitu kesediaan orang tua, komunikasi dan dorongan dari sekolah. Faktor penghambat yaitu kesibukan orang tua dalam bekerja serta belum semua orang tua sadar pentingnya keterlibatan dalam kegiatan anak disekolah.

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the forms of parents’ participation in the development of Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Education at TK Negeri Semin and the facilitating and inhibiting factors of their participation in the program. This was a descriptive study using the qualitative approach. The research setting was TK Negeri Semin. The research subjects were parents, the principal, and teachers. The data were collected through observations, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data trustworthiness was enhanced by source and technique triangulations. The results of the study are as follows. 1) Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Education at TK Negeri Semin is implemented through education, health and nutrition, protection, nurturing, and sports services. 2) Parents’ participation in the development of Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Education is good enough in terms of the decision-making and their activeness in attending meetings and contributing ideas. Their participation in the implementation includes their contribution and involvement in every school activity. Their participation in taking benefits adds to the closeness among students and the family atmosphere at school. Regarding the participation in the evaluation, parents attend regular end-of-semester meetings and contribute ideas. 3) The facilitating factors of parents’ participation include their willingness, communication, and encouragement from the school. The inhibiting factors include their busyness at work and not all of them are aware of the importance of involvement in children’s activities at school.
