IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM ANTIBULLYING DI “TK SEKOLAHKU MY SCHOOL” SLEMAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program antibullying, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi program antibullying.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala yayasan, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Objek penelitian ini tentang program antibullying di TK Sekolahku My School Sleman. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan program antibullying dengan pemberdayaan pelaksana melalui Standard Operational Procedure serta pelatihan. (2) Implementasi program antibullying menggunakan kurikulum yang terdiri 10 tema antibullying yang dikembangkan menjadi rutinitas harian yang dikonsistenkan dengan peraturan sekolah, serta penguatan program menggunakan reward. (3) Evaluasi program antibullying dengan melihat perubahan sikap dan perilaku pendidik dan murid. (4) Faktor pendukung implementasi program antibullying yaitu pemahaman konsep program antibullying oleh seluruh komponen sekolah, dan orangtua karena mendukung adanya program antibullying. (5) Faktor penghambat implementasi program antibullying yaitu sekolah tidak dapat menjamin keamanan anak di luar sekolah, anak tidak mau mengaku bahwa terkena bullying sehinggga guru sulit untuk menyelesaikan kasus tersebut. (6) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan yaitu mensosialisasikan program antibullying kepada sekolah-sekolah lain dan mengembangkan saksi.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of antibullying programs, supporting and inhibiting factors implementation program antibullying.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects in this study were the heads of foundations, principals, and teachers. This research object about antibullying program at TK Sekolahku My School Sleman. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of data with triangulation of sources and techniques.
The results showed that: (1) Planning of antibullying program by empowering implementer through Standard Operational Procedure and training. (2) Implementing an antibullying program using a curriculum consisting of 10 antibullying themes developed into daily routines that are consistent with school rules, as well as program strengthening using rewards. (3) Evaluation of antibullying programs by looking at changes in attitudes and behaviors of educators and students. (4) Factors supporting the implementation of antibullying programs are understanding the concept of antibullying programs by all components of the school, and parents because it supports the existence of antibullying programs. (5) Inhibiting factors of antibullying program implementation ie school can not guarantee the safety of children outside school, children do not want to confess that exposed to bullying so teachers difficult to solve the case. (6) Solutions to overcome barriers that socialize antibullying programs to other schools and develop witnesses.
