IMPLEMENTASI KARAKTER DISIPLIN MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN DIRI DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 12 KUBU KELAWIT KECAMATAN SAMALANTAN, BENGKAYANG, KALIMANTAN BARAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi karakter disiplin melalui pengembangan diri. Penelitian dilakukan pada kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik SD Negeri 12 Kubu Kelawit, Kecamatan Samalantan, Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Penentuan subjek penelitian secara purposive. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik obsevasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SD Negeri 12 Kubu Kelawit dengan segala keterbatasan yang dimilikinya sudah menerapkan implementasi karakter disiplin. Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari aspek pengembangan diri melalui pengembangan diri pada kegiatan rutin, spontan, keteladanan dan pengkondisian. Kegiatan rutin dilaksanakan melalui pembiasaan kegiatan sehari-hari. Kegiatan spontan dilaksanakan dengan memberi teguran dan pujian kepada peserta didik. Keteladanan diberikan dengan cara kepala sekolah dan guru memberikan keteladan atau contoh kegiatan yang sesuai dengan tata tertib dan pengkondisian dilaksanakan dengan cara menyediakan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. Kondisi kedisiplinan peserta didik melalui karakter disiplin tepat waktu, belajar, perilaku dan sikap sudah dilakukan.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of the character of discipline through self-development. The study was conducted on school principals, teachers and students of SD Negeri 12 Kubu Kelawit, Samalantan District, Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. This kind of research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. Decisive research subjects. The subject of research is principal, teacher, and student. Data collection does do sevasi techniques, interviews and documentation. The techniques of data analysis conducted in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and deduction withdrawal. His validity uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that SD Negeri 12 Kubu Kelawit with all the limitations that it had was able to implement the implementation of disciplined characters well. The results of the study can be seen from the aspect of self-development through self-development in routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities. Routine activities are carried out through regular daily activities. Spontaneous activities are carried out by giving reprimands and praise to students. Exemplary is given by means of the principal and the teacher giving examples or examples of activities that are in accordance with the rules and conditioning carried out by providing learning facilities and infrastructure. Discipline conditions of students through the character of discipline on time, learning, behavior and sttitudes have been done.
