THE INFLUENCE OF THE WAY OF LEARNING AND MASTERY OF THE GERMANY GRAMMAR TOWARD READING COMPREHEND OF STUDENT’S GRADE XI OF SMA NEGERI 1, MINGGIR, SLEMAN

Abstract
This study aimed to describe: (1) the effect of learning on the ability to read texts in German students of class XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman, (2) the influence of German grammatical srtuktur mastery of the German language text reading ability of students of class XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman, (3) the effect of learning and mastery of grammatical srtuktur together against the German language text reading ability of students of class XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman. This research is ex post facto. The population of this study were all students of class XI SMA N 1 Sleman Minggir Sleman, which consists of 124 learners. Samples were obtained from random sampling technique. The trial tests done in class XI IPS 2 and as many as 62 students of class XI IPA 1 and IPA 2 as class data retrieval. Test the validity of using the product moment correlation technique and reliability testing using Cronbach alpha formula. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis."The results showed that: (1) there is a positive effect of the way to learn German for German language text reading ability of students of class XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman, as indicated by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.673, and R ^ 2 of 45.2%; (2) there is a positive effect on the ability of the mastery of the grammatical structure of the text read German language learners in class XI SMA N 1 Minggir is a positive effect of the mode of learning German and mastery of grammatical structures together against the German language text reading ability of students of class XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman, as indicated by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.742; and R ^ 2 of 55.0%.
