EVALUASI KINERJA GURU SMA DAN SMK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja guru SMA dan SMK dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang berbasis Kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Karangasem. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 13 orang guru Bahasa Indonesia.Teknik purposive random sampling digunakan untuk menentukan 926 peserta didik sebagai sumber informasi utama mengenai pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data menggunakanstatistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa guru SMA dan SMK menunjukkan kinerja yang baik pada sebagian besar indikator dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berbasis Kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa secara umum kinerja guru SMA dan SMK dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berbasis Kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Karangasem menunjukkan kinerja yang baik.

Abstract
The aim this research is to describe the performance of teachers in SMA and SMK in the implementation of learning Indonesian Language based on Curriculum 2013 in Karangasem Regency. The approachused in this research in quantitative. The samples of this research are 13 teachers of Indonesian Language. Purposive random sampling techniques were used to choose 926 students as the main source of information about the implementation of learning. The data was collected by documentation, observation, questionnaire form and document. Data analyzed by descriptive statistics. The result of this research is that the performance of the teachers of SMA and SMK is good ingenerally indicator lesson plan, implementation of learning and learning evaluation of IndonesianLanguage based on Curriculum 2013. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that, generally the teacher’s performance of SMA and SMK in learning Indonesian Language based on Curriculum 2013 in Karangasem Regency is included in good category.
