PERSEPSI GURU DAN SISWA TERHADAP PROGRAM SEKOLAH BERBASIS BUDAYA DI SD NEGERI MENDIRO

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap program sekolah berbasis budaya di SD N Mendiro Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Hal-hal yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) konteks program sekolah berbasis budaya (visi,misi, tujuan, manfaat dan sasaran program); (2) input program sekolah berbasis budaya (sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, prosedur dalam pelaksanaan program); (3) proses program sekolah berbasis budaya (jadwal dan materi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler membatik dan karawitan); (4) produk program sekolah berbasis budaya (hasil dari program). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner, sementara itu uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap program sekolah berbasis budaya pada aspek konteks termasuk kategori sangat baik; (2) Persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap program sekolah berbasis budaya pada aspek input termasuk kategori sangat baik; (3) Persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap program sekolah berbasis budaya pada aspek proses termasuk kategori baik; (4) Persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap program sekolah berbasis budaya pada aspek produk termasuk kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to known the the perceptions of teachers and students on school program based on culture in SD N Mendiro Kulon Progo Regency. Things that were examined in the research include: (1) the context-based school culture program (vision, mission, objectives, benefits and objectives of the program); (2) input-based cultural school program (human resources and infrastructure, procedures in the execution of the program); (3) process of the program of the school-based cultural (material and extracurricular activities schedule here and musicians); (4) product’s program of the school-based culture (the result of a program). This research is quantitative. Engineering data collection method using question form/questionnaire, while the validity of test data using the test validity and reliability. Technique of data analysis using descriptive quantitative. The results showed that: (1) perceptions of teachers and students context-based school culture programme include in very well catgeory;(2) perceptions of teachers and students input-based school culture programme include in very well catgeory; (3) perceptions of teachers and studentsof the process of cultural-based school programs include inwell catgeory;; (4) perceptions of teachers and students product’s program of the school-based culture include in very well catgeory.
