PERSEPSI GURU PENJASORKES TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN UJI KOMPETENSI GURU DI SMP SE-KOTA YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2015

Abstract


Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum dilaksanakannya uji kompetensi guru (UKG). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru Penjasorkes terhadap pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Guru di SMP Negeri se- Kota Yogyakarta Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan di SMP Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 19 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Guru Penjasorkes terhadap Pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Guru di SMP se-Kota Yogyakarta Tahun 2015 berada pada kategori “sangat kurang positif” sebesar 0% (0 guru), “kurang positif” sebesar 5,26% (1 guru), “cukup positif” sebesar 68,42% (13 guru), “positif” sebesar 26,32% (5 guru), dan “sangat positif” sebesar 0% (0 guru). Kata kunci: persepsi, guru Penjasorkes, UKG Abstract This research is motivated by the absence of Teacher Competency Test. This study aims to understand the perception of Physical Education, Sport and Health teachers toward the implementation of Teacher Competency Test in State Junior High School in Yogyakarta City in 2015. This research is a descriptive research. Method used in this research is survey with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Subjects in this study are all teachers of Physical Education, Sport and Health in the State Junior High School in Yogyakarta City which consist of 19 teachers. Data analysis technique using quantitative descriptive analysis as expressed in the form of percentage. The result of the research shows that the perception of Physical Education, Sport and Health teachers toward the implementation of Teacher Competency Test for State Junior High School Teachers in all Yogyakarta City in 2015 is in the categories of “very less” in the percentage of 0% (0 teacher), “less” of 5,26% (1 teacher), “enough” of 68,42% (13 teachers), “good” of 26,32% (5 teachers), and “very good” of 0% (0 teachers).
