Abstract


ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang pembelajaran model teaching games for understanding (TGfU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa kelas VII terhadap pembelajaran passing bawah bolavoli melalui pendekatan teaching games for understanding (TGfU) di SMP N 3 Depok Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan angket. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP N 3 DEPOK Kab Sleman yang berjumlah 120 responden, yang terdiri dari 58 laki- laki dan 62 perempuan.Uji validitas sebesar 0,176 dan Uji reabilitas sebesar 0,718. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk presentase persepsi siswa kelas VII terhadap pembelajaran passing bawah bolavoli melalui pendekatan teaching games for understanding (TGfU). Hasil penelitian ini: persepsi siswa yang masuk kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 7,50% (9 siswa), “rendah” sebesar 29,16% (35 siswa) “cukup”, sebesar 39,83% (37 siswa), “tinggi” sebesar 26,66% (32 siswa), dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 5,83% (7 siswa). Kata kunci: persepsi, bolavoli, teaching games for understanding (TGfU) ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of students about learning model teaching games for understanding (TGfU). This study aims to determine the perceptions of students of class VII on learning passing under the volleyball through the approach of Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) at SMP N 3 Depok District Sleman Academic Year 2016/2017. This research is descriptive research using survey method with data retrieval technique using questionnaire. The subjects of this study are students of class VII N 3 Depok Sleman regency which amounted to 120 respondents, consisting of 58 men and 62 women. Test validity of 0.176 and test reliability of 0.718. Technique of data analysis using descriptive analysis which poured in the form of percentage of student perception of class VII to learning of volleyball under passing through approach of Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU). The results of this study: the perception of students in the category of "very low" is 7.50% (9 students), "low" by 29.16% (35 students) "enough", amounted to 39.83% (37 students), " High" is 26.66% (32 students), and" very high " is 5.83% (7 students).
