KEADAAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN JASMANI TAHUN 2016 DI SMA NEGERI SE-KABUPATEN KEBUMEN JAWA TENGAH

Abstract


Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum adanya perhatian khusus terhadap kualitas sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani tahun 2016 yang ada di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kebumen yang berjumlah 14 sekolah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah mendeskripsikan hasil observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri se- Kabupaten Kebumen sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 24 Tahun 2007 adalah “cukup sesuai” dengan pencapaian rerata peralatan terdapat sekolah dengan kategori sangat sesuai 0 sekolah atau 0%, sesuai 0 sekolah atau 0%, cukup sesuai 10 sekolah atau 71,43%, kurang sesuai 4 sekolah atau 28,57%, dan sangat kurang sesuai 0 sekolah atau 0%. Sedangkan rerata perkakas terdapat sekolah dengan kategori sangat sesuai 4 sekolah atau 28,57%, sesuai 1 sekolah atau 7,14%, cukup sesuai 5 sekolah atau 35,71%, kurang sesuai 4 sekolah atau 28,57%, dan sangat kurang sesuai 0 sekolah atau 0%. Kemudian keadaan prasarana pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri se-Kabupaten Kebumen sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 24 Tahun 2007 adalah “kurang sesuai” dengan pencapaian rerata fasilitas terdapat sekolah dengan kategori sangat sesuai 5 sekolah atau 35,71%, sesuai 5 sekolah atau 35,71%, cukup sesuai 4 sekolah atau 28,57%, kurang sesuai 0 sekolah atau 0%, dan sangat kurang sesuai 0 sekolah atau 0%. Kata kunci: sarana, prasarana, pendidikan jasmani Abstract THE CONDITIONS OF FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN 2016 AT PUBLIC SHSS IN KEBUMEN REGENCY, CENTRAL JAVA The research background is that there has not been special attention paid to the quality of facilities and infrastructure for physical education at public senior high school (SHSs) in Kebumen Regency. This study aims to investigate the conditions of facilities and infrastructure for physical education in 2016 at SHSs in Kebumen Regency. This was a descriptive study. The research method was the observational method. The research population comprised all public SHSs in Kebumen Regency with a total of 14 school. The analysis technique was the description of the results of the observations. The result of the study showed that the conditions of facilities for physical education at SHSs in Kebumen Regency in accordance with the Regulation by the Minister of National Education Number 24 Year 2007 were in fair agreement, no school or 0% was in agreement, 10 school or 71,43% were in fair agreement, 4 school or 28,57% were in disagreement, and no school or 0% was in strong disagreement. Meanwhile, regarding the average tools, 4 schoold or 28,57% were in strong agreement, 1school or 7,14% was in agreement, 5 school or 35,71 % were in fair agreement, 4 schools or 28,57% were in disagreement, and no school or 0% was in strong disagreement. The conditions of facilities for physical education at SHSs in Kebumen Regency in accordance with the Regulation by the Mnister of National Education Number 24 Year 2007 were in disagreement. Regarding the average facility attainment, 5 schools or 35,71% were in strong agreement, 5 schools or 35,71% were in agreement, 4 schools or 28,57% were in fair agreement, 0 school or 0% was in disagreement, and 0 school or 0% was in strong disagreement.
