PENGARUH METODE BAGIAN TERHADAP HASIL LATIHAN KETERAMPILA TEKNIK DRIBLING SEPAKBOLA PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER DI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 7 YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2016

Abstract


ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemampuan menggiring bola siswa masih terbatas sehingga arah dalam menggiring bola mudah ditebak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bagian terhadap hasil latihan teknik dribbling sepakbola siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain “One Group Pretest-Postest Design”. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan dribbling adalah tes menggiring bola yang dikembangkan oleh Bobby Charlton (dalam Danny Mielke, 2007: 8). Instrumen ini memiliki validitas 0,858 dan reliabilitas 0,963. Analisis data menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode bagian terhadap hasil latihan teknik dribbling sepakbola siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta, dengan kenaikan persentase sebesar 2,31%, sehingga Ha diterima. Kata kunci: metode bagiam, teknik dribbling, sepakbola THE INFLUENCE OF THE PART-METHOD TO THE RESULTS OF THE FOOTBALL DRIBBLING TECHNIQUES’ SKILLS TRANING AMONG PARTICIPANTS OF EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 7 YOGYAKARTA ABSTRACT This research is influenced by the limited ability in dribbling ball by the students so that the direction can be easily guessed. This research aims to find out the influence of the part-method towards the results of the students’ training in football dribbling techniques among the participants of football extracurricular activities in SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta. The type of research is quasi experimental with "One Group Pretest-Postest Design". The subject of the research is students who participate in football extracurricular activities in SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta which numbered 25 students. The instrument used to measure the ability of dribbling is the “dribbling test” developed by Bobby Charlton (in Danny Mielke, 2007:8). These instruments have the validity 0.858% and reliability of 0.963. Data analysis using t tests equal to the significance of 5%. The results of the study showed that there is a significant influence on the outcome of the part-method towards the results of dribbling technique training in the students who participate in football extracurricular activities in SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta, with increasing percentage of 2.31%, so that Ha is accepted.
