PENGARUH LATIHAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PERMAINAN NET TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PASSING ATAS BOLA VOLI PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLA VOLI SMK YPKK 1 SLEMAN TAHUN 2015/2016

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah bahwa siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK YPKK 1 Sleman dalam penguasaan gerak dasar passing atas masih kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah latihan menggunakan permainan net dapatmeningkatan keterampilan passing atas bola voli pada perserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK YPKK 1 Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain “One Group Pretest-Postest Design”. Populasi penelitian iniadalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK YPKK 1 Sleman yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik, semua dijadikan subjek penelitian sehingga disebut penelitian populasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur passing atas adalah AAHPER face wall volley test, tes ini memiliki relibilitas test 0.93 dan validitas 0,86. Analisis data menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%.
