FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENDUKUNG DAN MENGHAMBAT PERKEMBANGAN EKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL DI SMA NEGERI SE- KABUPATEN KEBUMEN

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kebumen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dengan 36 butir pernyataan. Analisis data mengggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya penmenggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampel, dengan jumlah sampel peserta 188 siswa ekstrakurgaruh faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kebumen yaitu: (1) faktor kepala sekolah berada pada kategori rendah dan menghambat (33,51%,), (2) faktor guru atau pembina berada pada kategori rendah dan menghambat (33,51%,), (3) faktor partisipasi siswa berada pada kategori rendah dan menghambat (32,98%), (4) faktor dukungan orang tua siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan mendukung (43,08%), (5) faktor dana berada pada kategori rendah dan menghambat (30,82%), (6) faktor sarana dan prasarana berada pada kategori sedang dan mendukung (40,43%). Kata kunci: faktor, mendukung, menghambat,ekstrakurikuler, futsal Abstract The goal of this experiment is to know how much is the influences of supporting and opposing factors in the development of futsal extracurricular in every State Senior High Schools all over Kebumen Regency. This experiment is a descriptive quantitative experiment with survey methodology. This is an experiment sample of 188 participants attending futsal extracurricular activities in every State Senior High Schools all over Kebumen Regency. The instruments used is questionnaire using 36 questions. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The result of the experiment shows how much is the influences of supporting and opposing factors in the development of futsal extracurricular in every State Senior High Schools all over Kebumen Regency; (1) the headmaster factors is in the low category and opposing (33,51%), (2) the teacher or coach factors is in low category and opposing (33,51%), (3) the students participation factors is in the low category and opposing (32,98%), (4) the parents endorsement is in the average category and supporting (43,08%), (5) the budgeting factors is in low category and opposing (30,82%), (6) the facilities factors is in average category and supporting (40,43%).
