Abstract


Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan efektivitas  implementasi Pendidikan Matematika
Realistik dalam setting kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa SMP.
Jenis  penelitian  ini  adalah  quasi  eksperimen  dengan  satu  kelompok  eksperimen  dan  satu  kelompok  kontrol.
Instrumen  untuk  mengukur  kemampuan  literasi  matematis  siswa  berupa  soal  tes  berbentuk  uraian.  Uji  statistik
menggunakan  independent  sample  t-test  dan  one-sample  test.  Berdasarkan  hasil  uji  hipotesis  dengan  taraf
signifikansi  0,05  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  1)  implementasi  Pendidikan  Matematika  Realistik  dalam  setting
kooperatif  tipe  Think  Pair  Share  lebih  berpengaruh  positif  terhadap  kemampuan  literasi  matematis  siswa
dibandingkan  dengan  pembelajaran  konvensional  pada  siswa  SMP  dan  2)  implementasi  Pendidikan  Matematika
Realistik  dalam  setting  kooperatif  tipe  Think  Pair  Share  efektif  diterapkan  pada  siswa  SMP  ditinjau  dari
kemampuan literasi matematis siswa.

Abstract
The  aims  of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  influence  and  the  effectiveness  of  Realistic  mathematics
education implementation in cooperative settings Think Pair Share (TPS) in terms of the ability of Junior High
School students' mathematical literacy. This study was a quasi experiment, with an experiment group and a control
group. The data were collected through mathematical literacy ability test. The statistic test were used independent
sample t-test and one sample test. The results of the study at the significance level of 0.05, it could be inferred that
1) Realistic mathematics education implementation in cooperative settings Think Pair Share (TPS) is more positive
influence than conventional approach in term mathematical literacy ability of  Junior High School students  and 2)
Realistic mathematics education implementation in cooperative settings Think Pair Share (TPS)  is effective in term
mathematical literacy ability of Junior High School students.
