METODE PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW PADA PEMBELAJARAN ILMU GIZI KELAS X SMK MA’ARIF BOROBUDUR

Abstract


 

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Menerapkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw pada pembelajaran Ilmu
Gizi di SMK Ma’arif Borobudur, 2) Mengetahui hasil belajar mata pelajaran Ilmu Gizi kelas X Tata Boga 1
dengan metode pembelajaran Jigsaw di SMK Ma’arif Borobudur, 3) Mengetahui keaktifan belajar mata
pelajaran Ilmu Gizi kelas X Tata Boga dengan metode pembelajaran Jigsaw di SMK Ma’arif Borobudur.
Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-November 2016 di SMK Ma’arif Borobudur dan Universitas
Negeri Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kemmis dan Taggart.
Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Tata Boga 1 di SMK Ma’arif Borobudur yang berjumlah
19 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif
kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Metode pembelajaran Jigsaw pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Gizi di
SMK Ma’arif Borobudur dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dalam mata pelajaran ilmu gizi, yaitu siklus I pada
materi menu seimbang dan Siklus II dengan materi siklus menu pada kelas X Tata Boga 1, 2) Hasil belajar
dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Gizi melalui metode pembelajaran Jigsaw di SMK Ma’arif Borobudur pada
posttest pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II memiliki rerata 69,5, 73,8, dan 79,7 dengan ketuntasan nilai KKM
dari 19 siswa adalah pra siklus 8 siswa (40%), siklus I terdapat 13 siswa (65%), dan siklus II terdapat 19
siswa 100%, 3) Keaktifan siswa dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Gizi melalui model pembelajaran Jigsaw di
SMK Ma’arif Borobudur pada pra siklus terdapat 2 siswa dalam kategori tinggi, siklus I terdapat 14 siswa
kategori tinggi, dan pada siklus II 19 siswa dalam kategori tinggi.
Kata Kunci : hasil belajar, pembelajaran Jigsaw , Ilmu Gizi.

ABSTRACT
COOPERATIVE LEARNING with JIGSAW METHOD on NUTRITION SCIENCE at CLASS X of
SMK MA’ARIF BOROBUDUR
This study aimed to : 1) Apply the jigsaw learning model in Nutrition Science learning at SMK
Ma’arif Borobudur, 2) Find out the learning achievement of the Nutrition Science subject in grade X of
Culinary I by using the jigsaw learning method at SMK Ma’arif Borobudur, AND 3) Find out the learning
activeness in the Nutrition Science subject in grade X of Culinary I by using the jigsaw learning method at
SMK Ma’arif Borobudur. It was conducted in Januari-November 2016 at SMK Ma’arif Borobudur and
Yogyakarta State University. The research subjects were the students of grade X of Culinary I at SMK
Ma’arif Borobudur in 2016/2017 academic year with a total of 19 studens. The data analysis was
determinated by the quantitative descriptive technique. The results of the study were as follows : 1) The
jigsaw learning method in the Nutrition Science at grade X of Culinary 1 SMK Ma’arif Borobudur was
applied in 2 cycles ; the material in cycle I was balanced menu and the material in cycle II was amenu cycle.
2) The learning achievement of the Nutrition Science subject trought the jigsaw learning method at SMK
Ma’arif Borobudur in the posttest of the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II was indicated by mean scores of
69.5, 73.8, and 79.7. Regarding the attainment of the Minimum Mastery Criterion (MMC) score, of 19
students, in the pre-cycle, 8 students (40%)attained in, in cycle I 13 students (65%) attained it, and in cycle
II 19 students (100%) attained it. 3) Regarding the students activeness in the Nutrition Science subject
trought the jigsaw learning model at SMK Ma’arif Borobudur, in the pre-cycle 2 students were in the high
category, in cycle I 14 students were in high category, and in cycle II 19 student were in the high category
