PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT CENTERED LEARNING PEMBUATAN SIRUP PADA MATA PELAJARAN TEKNIK PENGOLAHAN HASIL PERTANIAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 PANDAK BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) Mengembangkan video pembelajaran Student Centered
Learning pembuatan sirup pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian di SMK Negeri 1
Pandak Bantul (2) Menilai kelayakan pengembangan video pembelajaran Student Centered leraning
pembuatan sirup pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian di SMK Negeri 1 Pandak
Bantul.Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada Juli 2017- juni 2018.Subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang ahli
materi, 1 orang ahli media, dan 30 siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan; observasi,
wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini
adalah (1) Pengembangan media video pembelajaran Student Centered Learning pembuatan sirup
pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian yang dikembangkan memiliki durasi 15
menit. Bagian-bagian video antara lain: a) pembukaan, b) persiapan alat, c) persiapan bahan, d) proses
pembuatan, e) proses pengemasan, f) pengujian sensorik, g) pengujian kadaluwarsa, h) penutup. .
Video pembuatan sirup disebarluaskan melalui e-learning dan YouTube channel Boga UNY dengan
URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ XDIUK3fg0Q. (2)Hasil penilaian kelayakan video
pembelajaran Student Centered Learning pembuatan sirup pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan
Hasil Pertanian di SMK Negeri 1 Pandak Bantul oleh ahli materi sebesar 95,31%, oleh ahli media
sebesar 96,98% dan oleh siswa sebesar 85,08% sehingga termasuk kategori sangat layak.

The objective of this study were to: (1) Develop learning video of Student Centered Learning
in syrup making on agricultural product processing technique subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Pandak
Bantul; (2) Assess the feasibility of learning video development of Student Centered Learning in syrup
making on agricultural product processing technique subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Pandak Bantul. The
research was conducted on July 2017-June 2018. The research subjects were two (2) material
experts, one (1) media expert and 30 X grade students of agricultural product processing technique
Agribusiness Department. Data collection techniques used in this research were; observation,
interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results of
this research were: (1) Learning video development of Student Centered Learning in syrup making on
agricultural product processing technique subjects developed had a duration of 15 minutes. Parts of
video : a) data analysis, b) tools preparation, c) materials preparation, d) making proses, e)
packaging proses, f) sensory test g) expired test, h) finished. Syrup making videos were disseminated
through e-learning and UNY YouTube channel with the URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_
XDIUK3fg0Q. (2) The results of the video learning feasibility assessment of Student Centered
Learning in syrup making on agricultural product processing technique subjects at SMK 1 Pandak
Bantul were 95,31% by material experts, 96.98% by media experts, and 85.08% by the students, so
that it was categorized as very feasible to be used as learning media.
