HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL ORANG TUA DAN ANAK DENGAN RESILIENSI ONLINE ANAK SMP DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

       Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak dengan resiliensi online anak SMP di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik inferensial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP di Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode multi stage random sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel dengan rumus Taro Yamane. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 siswa dari tiga SMP di Kota Yogyakarta (SMPN 1 Yogyakarta, SMPN 6 Yogyakarta, dan SMP Pangudi Luhur 1 Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data angket yang berisi pernyataan tertutup. Angket diuji validitas dengan korelasi product moment Pearson dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi (uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas), dan dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment Pearson dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak dengan resiliensi online anak SMP di Kota Yogyakarta dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,485 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000; (2) Hubungan antara variabel komunikasi interpersonal dengan resiliensi online anak SMP di Kota Yogyakarta memiliki arah positif; (3) Komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak SMP di Kota Yogyakarta mayoritas berada di kategori sangat tinggi dengan 49 responden anak (49%); (4) Resiliensi online anak SMP di Kota Yogyakarta mayoritas berada di kategori tinggi dengan 59 responden anak (59%); (5) Variabel komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak memiliki tingkat pengaruh sebesar 23,5% terhadap resiliensi online anak SMP di Kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

       This study aims to determine the relationship between parent-child interpersonal communication and online resilience of junior high school students in Yogyakarta City. This research is research with a quantitative approach with inferential statistical analysis. This research is an ex post facto research. The population of this study was junior high school students in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample was determined by the multi-stage random sampling method and the number of samples was determined using the Taro Yamane formula. The research sample consisted of 100 students from three junior high schools in Yogyakarta City (SMPN 1 Yogyakarta, SMPN 6 Yogyakarta, and SMP Pangudi Luhur 1 Yogyakarta). This study uses a questionnaire data collection technique that contains closed statements. The questionnaire was tested for validity with Pearson product-moment correlation and reliability with Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, assumption test (normality test and homogeneity test), and continued with hypothesis testing using Pearson product-moment correlation and simple linear regression test.  The results showed: (1) There is a significant relationship between the interpersonal communication of parents and children with online resilience of junior high school children in Yogyakarta City with a correlation coefficient of 0.485 and a significance value of 0.000; (2) The relationship between interpersonal communication variables and online resilience of junior high school students in Yogyakarta has a positive direction; (3) Interpersonal communication between parents and junior high school children in Yogyakarta City is in the very high category with 49 child respondents (49%); (4) The majority of online resilience of junior high school children in Yogyakarta City is in the high category with 59 child respondents (59%); (5) Parent and child interpersonal communication variables have an influence level of 23,5% on the online resilience of junior high school children in Yogyakarta City.
