IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM SOCIAL ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR OF HEALTH IN GENERAL HOSPITAL PANDAN ARANG DISTRICT OF BOYOLALI

Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation of the program assurance administrator of health in general hospital Pandan Arang district of Boyolali and obstacle. And also to know the efforts social assurance administrator of health and general hospital pandan arang district of Boyolali to overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of the program social assurance administrator of health in general hospital pandan arang district of Boyolali.

This research was descriptive research using qualitative approach. To select the subjects, this research uses purposive technique. The subject of this research of the criteria of people who have the knowledge, experience, understanding, and engagement directly with the problems. Found that research subjects head office of the progam assurance administrator of health, head office of general hospital Pandan Arang Boyolali and 5 patients card holders. The data were collected by using documentation, observation and interview technique. The data validation technique used in this research triangulasi technique.The data analysis in this research consists of data collecting, data reduction, and data conclusion.

This research results four points: 1) Implementation of the program executed well enough, althoug in the early stages looks citizens feel confused; 2) barriers faced by general hospital pandan arang and office assurance administrator of health is the lack of awareness of citizens or patients to register, and lack of awareness to pay dues on time, number of employees less; 3) the efforts to overcome obstacles general hospital pandan arang Boyolali and office assurace administrator of health (BPJS Kesehatan) is to improve services to patients, recruiting hospital personnel and socialization program move actively.
