Profil pembelajaran kewirausahaan pada business center SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Kota Yogyakarta

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan: (1) profil pembelajaran kewirausahaan pada business center (BC) SMK bisnis dan manajemen yang meliputi: (a) input; (b) proses; (c) output, dan (2) tingkat kesesuaian antara BC SMK dengan toko ritel berdasarkan kesesuaian aset dan kegiatan operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis survei. Subjek penelitian adalah 110 siswa dan 9 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) (a) input pembelajaran kewirausahaan terdiri dari: siswa yang mendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan (68,18%); guru yang sangat profesional (66,67%); materi yang relevan dengan tujuan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran yang berupa multi metode, dan media pembelajaran yang berupa multi media; (b) proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan meliputi kegiatan: persiapan, pendahuluan, inti, penutup, dan monitoring & evaluasi ; (c) output pembelajaran kewirausahaan menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik (52,73%), dan (2) tingkat kesesuaian antara BC SMK dengan toko ritel berdasarkan kesesuaian aset dan kegiatan operasional masing-masing dalam kategori kurang sesuai (75%).

PROFILE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP LEARNING IN THE BUSINESS CENTER OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS OF BUSINESS & MANAJEMEN EXPERTISE IN YOGYAKARTA MUNICIPALITY

Abstract

The study aims to reveal: (1) the profile of entrepreneurship learning in the business center of vocational schools of business & manajemen expertise in Yogyakarta municipality, which consists of: (a) the input (b) the process (c) the output, and (2) the compatibility between the business center of vocational schools and ritel store by the compatibilty of business center’s asset and business center’s operational activity. This  research  used the  quantitative  survey.  The  research subjects consisted of 110 students and 9 teachers of entrepreneurship subject. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the quatitative descriptive technique. The results of the study are as follows: (1) (a) the input of entrepreneurship learning which includes: the student which is supporting the implementation of entrepeneruship learning (68.18%); the teacher which is very professional (66.67%); the learning materials are material which are relevant with learning objective; the learning method is multi method; and the learning media is multi media; (b) the process of entrepreneurship learning consists of the activity of: preparation, preinstructional, instructional, closing and evaluation & monitoring; (c) the output of entrepreneurship learning show the very good result (52.73%); and (2) the compatibility between the business center of vocational schools and ritel store by the compatibilty of business center’s asset and business center’s operational activity also do in the less compatible category (75%).
