IMPLEMENTATION OF GURU PENGGERAK PROGRAM IN PPPPTK TK & PLB
Abstract
This study describes the implementation of the Motivating Teacher Program in PPPPTK TK and PLB, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. This research is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data was analyzed by interactive techniques. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of methods and sources. The implementation of the Motivating Teacher Program at PPPPTK TK and PLB is carried out online and offline. The implementers know their duties, authority, and awareness to comply with the rules. The facilities that participants get are in the form of credit money and workshop accommodation. Active participation of implementers and government. There is a specific structure and implementation manual. Supporting factors include the participation of central and local governments, competent, committed and experienced implementers in teacher training programs, facilities and infrastructure that support the program, good coordination between implementers. The inhibiting factor is the change in the schedule of activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in conjunction with the activities of the Education Office, the lack of human resources, the difficulty of signaling and the location of activities for prospective teacher movers in remote areas.
