STRATEGI SEKOLAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KULTUR SEKOLAH ANTI BULLYING DI SMA NEGERI 2 WATES KULONPROGO

Abstrak

           

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan mengenai strategi sekolah dalam mengembangkan kultur sekolah anti bullying di SMA Negeri 2 Wates. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kesiswaan, guru BK, guru mata pelajaran, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya strategi yang dilakukan sekolah dengan cara mengembangkan nilai-nilai anti bullying, dibuatnya program anti bullying, membiasakan warga sekolah untuk bersalaman menyapa dan berperilaku sopan, semua aktor warga sekolah dilibatkan dalam anti bullying, adanya artefak yang menunjang berupa pos satpam, ruang PIK-R, ruang bimbingan konseling, dan slogan anti bullying.

Abstract

 

This study aims to describe the school’s strategy in developing anti-bullying school culture in 2 Wates High School. This research used a qualitative approach descriptive method. The subjects of this research were the headmaster, deputy headmaster, for student affairs, conseling guidance teacher, subject teachers, and student. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and documentation. The research instrument uses observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation guidelines. Data analysis techniques use an interactive model of Miles and Huberman that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the school has a strategy in developing anti-bullying school culture. These strategies include: the development of anti-bullying values, there are programs or activities created, accoustom the school community every day to shake hands, greet and behave politely. Supporting artifacts, namely security post, PIK-R room, counselimg guidance room, and anti-bullying slogan.
