Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) implementasi kebijakan sekolah ramah anak (SRA) di SMP Negeri 17 Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi kebijakan sekolah ramah anak di SMP Negeri 17 Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatatif, jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi kebijakan sekolah ramah anak di SMP Negeri 17 Kendari dalam proses interpretasi menghasilkan 3 kebijakan yaitu, kebijakan pembentukan tim sekolah ramah anak, kebijakan pembentukan panitia penanggulangan tindak kekerasan, tata tertib dan karakter. SOP terkait pengorganisasian SRA di SMP Negeri 17 Kendari adalah SK kepala sekolah nomor 421.2/99/2017 dan SK kepala sekolah nomor 421.2/98/2017. Pelaksanaan implementasi sekolah ramah anak diwujudkan dalam penegakan disiplin non-kekerasan, afirmasi pendidikan, mencari anak yang belum terjangkau pendidikan, sekolah bebas narkotika, psikotropika, dan zat adiktif, sekolah aman dari bencana, sekolah menjamin peserta didik menjalankan ibadah sesuai dengan agama masing-masing, dan pelaksanaan kurikulum ramah anak (2) Faktor pendukung implementasi kebijakan SRA di SMP Negeri 17 Kendari adalah sumber daya dan disposisi kebijakan. Faktor penghambat implementasi kebijakan SRA di SMP Negeri 17 Kendari adalah komunikasi selama proses implementasi kebijakan SRA.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) Implementation of child-friendly school policy (CFS) in SMP Negeri 17 Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi. (2) Supporting factors and inhibitors of child-friendly school policy implementation in SMP Negeri 17 Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi. This method of research uses a quality approach, the type of phenomenology research. The results of this study showed that: (1) Implementation of child-friendly school policy in SMP Negeri 17 Kendari in the interpretation process resulted in 3 policies that are, the policy of establishing a child-friendly school team, Committee establishment Policy Acts of violence, order and character. SOP related to the organizing of CFS in SMP Negeri 17 Kendari is the decree of the principal number 421.2/99/2017 and the decree of the principal number 421.2/98/2017. Implementation of child friendly school implementation is manifested in the enforcement of non-violent disciplines, education affirmations, seeking unreachable children's education, narcotic-free schools, psychotropic, and addictive substances, schools safe from disasters, schools Ensure students are performing worship according to their respective religions, and the implementation of child-friendly curriculum (2) contributing factors to the implementation of CFS policy in SMP Negeri 17 Kendari is a resource and a policy disposition. The inhibitory factor implementation of CFS policy in SMP Negeri 17 Kendari is communication during the process of implementing CFS policy.
