KULTUR SEKOLAH DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN PGRI 2 PONOROGO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kultur sekolah di SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo baik kultur fisik maupun non fisik dan mengidentifikasi program-program yang diterapkan di sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian pengurus pondok pesantren Al-Ikhlas, seluruh warga sekolah dengan objek artefak fisik dan non-fisik di sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Milles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil menunjukkan kultur sekolah relatif positif, nilai yang dibudayakan nilai gemar membaca, berprestasi, religius, kedisiplinan, kebersihan, kerapian, tanggung jawab, kesopanan, dan nilai kerjasama. Nilai yang menonjol ialah nilai kedisiplinan. Program untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai positif meliputi program pondok pesantren, mengaji bersama, pelatihan baca tulis Al-Qur’an, siswa perempuan wajib berkerudung, tirakatan, Pelatihan Baris Berbaris, taruna-taruni dan wajib berkunjung perpustakaan satu minggu sekali.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the school culture in SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo both physical and non physical culture and identify the programs implemented in schools. The study used a qualitative approach. Subjects in the study board boarding school Al-Ikhlas, all citizens of schools with objects of physical and non-physical artifacts in schools. Methods of data collection include observation, interview and documentation. The validity of data using source triangulation and technique. Data analysis techniques use interactive models from Milles and Huberman that include data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results show that school culture is relatively positive, the value of being cultivated in reading, achievement, religious, discipline, hygiene, neatness, responsibility, courtesy, and cooperation value. The prominent value is the value of discipline. Programs to inculcate positive values include boarding school programs, joint study, Al-Qur’an literacy training, female students must be hooded, tirakatan, Training Line Lines, cadets and must visit thr library once a week.
