IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PARENTING DI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program parenting di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian: deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian: Kepala sekolah, Wakil Kepala, Guru BK, Guru Kelas, Siswa, dan Orang Tua Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Dilakukannya tiangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitan: (1) implementasi program melalui (a) Perencanaan: 1) Parent Connecting Day (PCD), perencanaannya berdasarkan fakta nyata; 2) Pengajian Kelas, perencanaannya flexible palining; 3) Home Visit, perencanaannya flexible plaining; (2) Pelaksanaan, didukung oleh: a) komunikasi agen-agen pelaksana seperti manajemen, orang tua, guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa; b) sumber daya yang mendukung: adanya guru yang berkomitmen, fasilitas memadai, dan dana dari orang tua; c) disposisi, komitmen dan dukungan dari agen-agen pelaksana; d) struktur birokrasi yang baik dari pihak sekolah; (d) Evaluasi, berupa pencatatan hasil program sekolah; (3) faktor pendukung: semua warga sekolah dan sarana prasarana. Faktor penghambat: waktu/intensitas bertemu, mental anak, dan pembinaan di sekolah dan di rumah berbeda.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the parenting program in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Type of research: qualitative descriptive. Research subjects: Headmaster, Deputy Head, BK Teacher, Class Teacher, Student, and Parent Student. Data collection techniques: interview, observation, and documentation study. Performed tiangulasi source and triangulation techniques. Result of research (1) program implementation through (a) Planning: 1) Parent Connecting Day (PCD), its planning based on real facts; 2) Pengajian Class, planning is flexible palining; 3) Home Visit, the planning is flexible plaining; (2) Implementation, supported by: communication of implementing agencies such as management, parents, teachers, students, and parents of students; resources that support these activities such as the existence of committed teachers, adequate facilities, and funds from the elderly; disposition, commitment and support from implementing agencies; good bureaucratic structure of the school; (d) Evaluation, in the form of recording the results of school programs; (3) supporting factors: all school residents and supporting facilities and infrastructures. Inhibiting factors: time and intensity meet, mental child, and coaching at school and at home different.
