DEVELOPMENT OF NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN BINA INSANI KEBUMEN FOUNDATION, CENTRAL JAVA

Abstract
This study aims to : (1) Facilitate user on enrollment process with develop a New Student Enrollment
Information System in Bina Insani Kebumen Foundation for SMP IT Logaritma, (2) Qualify the quality standard of
information system that developed based on WebQEM standard in aspect of functionality, reliability, efficiency and
usability. This study uses Research and Deveopment (R&D) as a method. The result of this study are: (1) New
Student Enrollment Information System in Bina Insani Kebumen Foundation facilitates users, (2) system that
developed qualifies the quality standard. The result of functional evaluation confirmed that all of system function
is working fine. The result of reliability evaluation confirmed that the system’s success rate is above 95%. The
result of efficiency evaluation is 87,9 based on PageSpeed evaluation, 86,2 based on Yslow evaluation. The
response time is 3,56 seconds. The result of usability evaluation is 90,39639%. In conclusion, the New Student
Enrollment Information System is qualified according to WebQEM standard.
