DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN PPPPTK ARTS AND CULTURE OF YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
This research aims to develop and test software quality standard of Training and Education Information System based on ISO 25010 on functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. This study was conducted at PPPPTK Arts and Culture of Yogyakarta on May 15, 2017 until June 30, 2017. This research uses Research and Development method. The result of this research is software that has fulfilled the software quality standard based on ISO 25010. Functional suitability test is in accordance with the user’s requirement and runs according to its function. Performance efficiency test with average page load time of 2.96 seconds and PageSpeed grades A, YSlow grades B. Usability test get score 75.125 of SUS. Reliability test gets 100%. Security test found no vulnerabilities. Maintainability test obtained the Maintainability Index value of 104.35. Portability test gets the result that software can run on 5 browser without error.
