Abstract


This research aims to develop Website Based Infirmary Information System at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. The method is Research and Development (R & D). The development procedure is Waterfall model according to Sommerville, consisting: Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance. The object of this research is the Website Based Infirmary Information System at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. Data was collected by observation and interview. Data was analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The obtained result is that Website Based Infirmary Information System at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul has been developed and has been used by the school.
