ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING MOODLE OLEH GURU SMK NEGERI 2 YOGYAKARTA DENGAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan e-learning milik SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, yaitu PINTER oleh guru di sekolah tersebut. Tujuan tersebut dicapai dengan menjelaskan pengaruh faktor eksternal yaitu e-learning self-efficacy, kerumitan dan keterbatasan waktu terhadap variabel-variabel dalam kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup berisi 31 pertanyaan dengan skala Likert 4 alternatif jawaban sejumlah 90 kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) e-learning self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan e-learning PINTER berbasis Moodle oleh guru melalui kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan intensi, (2) kerumitan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan e-learning PINTER berbasis Moodle oleh guru melalui kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan intensi, serta (3) keterbatasan waktu berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan e-learning PINTER berbasis Moodle oleh guru secara langsung maupun melalui faktor intensi.

The purpose of this study was to find the factors which affecting Moodle based e-learning usage by teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. This research studied about SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta’s Moodle based e-learning called PINTER. The goal was achieved by describing the influence of external variables, specifically e-learning self-efficacy, complexity and lack of time toward variables inside Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study is an ex-post facto research with quantitative approach. The method of data taking used 90 closed questionnaire with 31 question inside using Likert scale with 4 alternative answers. The method of data analysis using path analysis. The result of this study as follows: (1) e-learning self-efficacy influences actual technology use of Moodle based e-learning PINTER by theachers of SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta through perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intention, (2) complexity influences actual technology use of Moodle based e-learning PINTER by teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta through perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intention to use, and (3) lack of time influences actual technology use of Moodle based e-learning PINTER by teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta directly and indirectly through behavioral intention.
