Abstract


Abstrak
Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan sistem penghitungan gaji karyawan kopma UNY; dan (2) mengetahui tingkat kelayakan sistem penghitungan gaji karyawan kopma UNY berdasarkan standard ISO 9126 yaitu functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability dan portability. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall. Model pengembangan waterfall terdiri dari analysis, design, code dan test. Beberapa instrumen yang sesuai standar ISO 9126 digunakan untuk analisis kualitas sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) sistem penghitungan gaji karyawan yang dikembangkan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan kopma UNY untuk menghitung gaji karyawannya; (2) Kualitas sistem penghitungan gaji memenuhi standar ISO 9126. Kualitas aspek functionality menunjukkan nilai 1 (Baik), aspek reliability menunjukan nilai 1 yang artinya sistem dikatakan reliable, aspek usability menunjukan persentase persetujuan responden adalah 79%, aspek efficiency menunjukkan Grade A dan waktu respon 3,68 detik dari standar YSlow dan Page Speed, aspek maintainability menunjukkan sistem memenuhi kriteria Metrix Land, dan aspek portability menunjukkan sistem dapat berjalan normal di lima web browser.

Abstract
This research aims to: (1) develop salary calculation system of the employee of kopma UNY; and (2) know the level of feasibility of the salary calculation system of the employee of kopma UNY based on ISO 9126 standard that is functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability.
The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with waterfall development model. Waterfall development model is consisted of analysis, design, code, and test. Some instruments which are based on the ISO 9126 standard are used to analyze the system quality.
The result of the research are: (1) The salary calculation system of the employee of kopma UNY which is developed is appropriate with the needs of kopma UNY to calculate the employee salary; (2) The quality of salary calcuation system fulfills the ISO 9126 standard. The quality functionality aspect shows value 1 (Good), reliability aspect shows value 1 means that the system is reliable, usability aspect shows that the percentage of respondent agreement is 79%, efficiency aspect shows Grade A and time respond is 3.68 seconds from Yslow standard and Page Speed, maintainablility aspect shows the system fulfills the criteria of Metrix Land, and portability aspect shows that the system can work normally in five web browser.
