DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY ANALYSIS OF ALUMNI INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEB FOR SMK NEGERI 1 SEDAYU

Abstract

This research aims (1) to develop alumni information system based on web for SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu (2) to qualify the quality standard of alumni information system based on ISO 9126 standard quality testing in aspects of functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability. The study used waterfall model of software development as a method which is consist of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. The development of the system used Laravel framework that has high performance and easy to develop. The results of this study are: (1) web based alumni information system for SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu has features that facilitate users. The system can be accessed by alumni and alumni administrator. (2) the developed system qualifies the quality with test result of functionality aspect confirmed that all of the system function is 100% working, test result of reliability aspect using WAPT 9.3 confirmed that the success rate is 98%, test result of usability aspect using SUS confirmed that the value is 78.2 (high) with value of croncbach’s alpha is 0.756 (acceptable), the result of efficiency aspect using GTMetrics confirmed that the average of load time is 1.9 seconds, the result of maintainability aspect using phpmetrics confirmed that value of MI is 100 (very easy to maintain) and the result of portability aspect confirmed that the system success to be accessed by desktop browsers and mobile browsers without error. Based on results, the system meets the standard quality of ISO 9126.
