DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS OF ALUMNI INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEB USING YII 2 FRAMEWORK IN SMK NEGERI 1 TAPIN SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) facilitate user on alumni data collection process by developing the alumni information system in SMK Negeri 1 Tapin Selatan, (2) qualify the quality standard by testing the information system that developed based on WebQEM standard in aspect of functionality, reliability, usability, and effeciency. This study used Research and Development as a method. The result of this study are: (1) Alumni Information System in SMK Negeri 1 Tapin Selatan that developed using YII 2 framework has features that facilitates users, (2) system that developed qualifies the quality with test result of functionality aspect confirmed that all of the system function is working fine, test resulf of reliability aspect confirmed that the system’s success rate is above 95%, test result of usability aspect confirmed that the persentage is 89%, and test result of efficiency aspect is 91.3% based on PageSpeed and 84.6% based on Yslow that showed the system qualified all of quality criteria based on WebQEM.
