Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media bubur kertas terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak autis di Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita DIY.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak autis yang berada pada jenjang kelas 1 SD di Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita DIY. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan observasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif yang disajikan dalam tabel dan bentuk diagram.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pada post-test setelah diberikan treatment media bubur kertas. Peningkatan tersebut ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya kemampuan motorik halus pada anak terkait aspek kekuatan, kelenturan, ketepatan, dan kehalusan gerak. Peningkatan hasil skor yang diperoleh subyek sebesar 31. Peningkatan tersebut terjadi dari skor 51 meningkat menjadi 82, dengan peningkatan kategori dari kategori kurang menjadi kategori baik. Peningkatan skor tersebut telah menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang baik pada motorik halus anak di aspek kekuatan, kelenturan, ketepatan, dan kehalusan gerak. Peningkatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media bubur kertas efektif terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak autis di Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita.

Abstract
This study attemps to know the effectiveness of paper clay media on fine motor skill of autistic child in Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita DIY. This study used quasi experiments with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted with one group design pretest and posttest design. The subject of this study was an autistic child who was in grade 1 elementary school at the Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita DIY. The technique of data collection was carried out by a test and observation. Data analysis in this study used quantitave descriptive statistics that can be seen in the table and in the form of diagram. The result of this study indicates the increased of posttest that having given a paper clay media treatment. This increase indicated by the rise of fine motor skills in child related to aspect of strength, flexibility, accuracy, and smoothness of motion. The increase in scores result obtained by subject was 31. The increase occurred from a score of 51, increasing to 82, with an increase in categories from less categories to good categories. The increase in scores has shown a change in child’s fine motor skills in terms of aspect strength, flexibility, accuracy, and smoothness of motion. The increase shows that paper clay media is effective in the fine motor skills of autistic child at the Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita DIY.
