Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran aktif tipe Giving Question And Getting Answer pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Blunyahan Sewon, Bantul Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 2 Blunyahan 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar IPS kelas V SDN 2 Blunyahan. Hasil belajar pra tindakan, rata-rata kelas 59,12 ketuntasan 9 siswa atau 26,47% belum tuntas 25 siswa atau 73,53%. siklus I diperoleh peningkatan rata-rata kelas 66,47 ketuntasan 20 siswa atau 58,83% belum tuntas 14 atau 41,17% ada kenaikan nilai rata-rata pra tindakan ke siklus I sebesar 7,35 siklus II rata-rata kelas meningkat 77,94 ketuntasan 29 siswa atau 85,29% belum tuntas 5 siswa atau 14,71%, dengan demikian ada kenaikan rata-rata kelas siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 11,47.

Abstract 

This study aims at improving the Social Studies learning achievement by using the active learning model of the Giving Ouestion and Getting Answer type among Grade V students of SDN 2 Blunyahan, Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The research subjects were Grade V students of SDN 2 Blunyahan with a total of 34 students. The data collecting techniques were tests and observations. The data analysis technique was the quantitative descriptive technique. The result of the study shows that there was an improvement of the Social Studies learning achievement of Grade V students of SDN 2 Blunyahan. Regarding the learning achievement in the pre-action, the mean score was 59.12, 9 students or 26.47% attained the mastery, and 25 students or 73.53% did not attain the mastery. In Cycle I there was an improvement; the mean score was 66.47, 20 students or 58.83% attained the mastery, and 14 students or 41.17% did not the mastery. There was an improvement from the pre-action to Cycle I by 7.35. In Cycle II the mean score improved to 71.94, 29 students or 85.29% attained the mastery, and 5 students or 14.71% did not attain the mastery. Therefore, there was an improvement of the mean score from Cycle I to Cycle II by 11.47.
