IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN BUDI PEKERTI DI SEKOLAH DASAR TAMAN MUDA IBU PAWIYATAN TAMANSISWA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan budi pekerti di Sekolah Dasar Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, pamong dan peserta didik tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budi pekerti yang dikembangkan antara lain religius, sosial, sopan santun, kesetaraan gender, keadilan, demokrasi, kejujuran, kemandirian, daya juang, sportifitas, tanggungjawab, kerjasama, dan penghargaan terhadap lingkungan. Semua nilai tersebut diintegrasikan melalui strategi pengembangan pendidikan budi pekerti seperti keteladanan atau contoh, kegiatan spontan, teguran, pengkondisian lingkungan dan kegiatan rutin yang dilaksanakan oleh semua pihak baik kepala sekolah, pamong maupun peserta didik setiap harinya dengan menggunakan metode pendidikan budi pekerti seperti metode among, metode ngerti, ngrasa, dan nglakoni yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ajaran Ki Hadjar Dewantara.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe about the implementation of moral value in SD Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa. The approach in this research was qualitative descriptive. The subject in this research were the head master, teachers and students in the year of 2015/2016. The technique of data collection used observation, interview, and documentation. The data has been analyzed by the steps of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The validity test of the data used sources and technique triangulation. The result show that the moral value that improved such as religiosity, sociality, manners, gender equality, justice, democracy, honestly, independence, fighting spirit, sportsmanship, responsibility, cooperation, and respect for the environment. All these values has been integrated through the improvement strategy of moral value such as exemplary or spontaneous example, warning, environmental conditioning, and routine activity which held by all parties such as the head master, teachers, and the school employers using the method of moral value education such as among method, ngerti method, ngrasa, and nglakoni which held according to the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara.
