PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF MUATAN IPS MATERI KEBERAGAMAN BUDAYA UNTUK SISWA SD KELAS IV

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif muatan IPS materi keberagaman budaya di Pulau Jawa yang layak digunakan. Penelitian pengembangan (R&D) ini mengadaptasi model four-D oleh Thiagarajan. Subjek penelitian adalah 13 siswa kelas IV. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Produk penelitian telah melalui tahap define, design, dan develop. Produk dari penelitian ini adalah multimedia interaktif budaya di Pulau Jawa. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi diperoleh skor 4,7 (“sangat baik”), ahli media diperoleh skor 4 (baik). Hasil penilaian dari guru diperoleh skor 4,7 (“sangat baik”). Hasil uji coba perorangan diperoleh skor 4,7 (sangat baik) dan uji coba lapangan diperoleh skor 4,8 (sangat baik). Nilai pretest diperoleh 67.36, nilai post-test diperoleh 91, dan uji efektivitas yang diukur dengan N-Gain score diperoleh 0,72 (tinggi) yang menunjukkan siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman konsep keberagaman budaya

Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop an appropriate proper interactive multimedia of social studies material on cultural diversity that used to complimentary material for fourth grade of elementary school. The type of this study was research and development ((R&D) adapted from four-D model by Thiagarajan. The subjects were 13 students in Grade IV who live around the researcher’s neighborhood. The data were collected by using interview, observation, and questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive quantitative. The product of this study has gone through define, design, and develop stages. The result of the validation material obtained score of 4,7 (very good). The result of the media validation obtained score of 4 (good). The result of teacher’s assessment obtained score of 4,7 (very good). The pretest score was 67.36, the post-test was 91 and the effectiveness using N-Gain score formula obtained 0.72 (high). The result indicates that the students experienced an increase in the comprehension of cultural diversity concepts
