DESKRIPSI SIKAP PERCAYA DIRI SISWA YANG MENGIKUTI EKSTRAKURIKULER TARI DI SD NGOTO

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sikap percaya diri siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler seni tari di SD Ngoto tahun 2019. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi: (1) keyakinan diri, (2) optimis, (3) objektif, (4) tanggungjawab, (5) rasional, (6) realistis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler tari. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dari Miles dan Huberman, selanjutnya untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap percaya diri siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler tari di SD Ngoto nampak memiliki sikap percaya diri, hal tersebut tercermin melalui terpenuhinya aspek beserta indikator berikut: keyakinan diri (pendirian tetap, kemauan, semangat), optimis (idealis, penuh harapan, pasti), objektif (tidak memihak, adil, terbuka), tanggung jawab (mampu menyelesaikan tugas, janji), rasional (masuk akal, seimbang, bijaksana), dan realistis (tidak berbelit-belit, nyata).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the self-confidence of students who take dance extracurricular activities at SD Ngoto in 2019. Aspects studied include: (1) self-confidence, (2) optimism, (3) objective, (4) responsibility, (5) rational, (6) realistic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Research subjects were students who took dance extracurricular activities. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations, while for data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from Miles and Huberman, then to test the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the students' self-confidence that took part in the dance extracurricular activity at SD Ngoto appeared to have a confident attitude, this was reflected through the fulfillment of the following aspects and indicators: self-confidence (fixed stance, willingness, spirit), optimistic (idealistic, hopeful, certain ), objective (impartial, fair, open), responsibility (able to complete tasks, promises), rational (reasonable, balanced, wise), and realistic (not convoluted, real).
