PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH FULL DAY (STUDI DI SDIT LHI YOGYAKARTA)

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran full day school di SDIT LHI Yogyakarta; (2) Mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran full day school di SDIT LHI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Interactive Model Miles & Huberman. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program pembelajaran full day mencakup perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. (2) Perencanaan program pembelajaran dibuat dalam bentuk program mingguan dan RPP. (3) Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. (4) Kelebihan pelaksanaan program full day adalah optimalisasi pemanfaatan waktu pembelajaran, pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa, pengembangan kreativitas guru, kegiatan siswa dapat terkontrol. (5) Kekurangan pelaksanaan program full day yaitu belum ada monitoring dan evaluasi berkala, kesenjangan antara guru baru dan lama, serta kurangnya pergaulan siswa di luar sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Know and describe the implementation of a full day school learning program at SDIT LHI Yogyakarta; (2) Knowing the advantages and disadvantages of implementing a full day school learning program at SDIT LHI. The instruments are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used Miles & Huberman’s Interactive Model. The data validation used triangulation. The results of this research were: (1) The full day learning program includes planning and implementation. (2) Learning program planning was made of a weekly program and RPP. (3) The learning implementation were preliminary, core, and closing activities. (4) The advantages of full day programs are the optimization of learning time, students development by their interests and talents, the development of teacher creativity, student activities could be controlled. (5) the weakness of full day were less monitoring and evaluation, there was still gaps between new teachers and old teachers, lack of student interaction outside of school.
