PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA MELALUI TIME TOKEN ARENDS PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara melalui model time token arends. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas V SD N Kepek. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD N Kepek yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan dan soal tes keterampilan berbicara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik anaslisis data kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian adalah skor rerata kelas proses pembelajaran mencapai 75 dan skor rerata kelas hasil tes keterampilan berbicara minimal 75% siswa mencapai skor 70. Skor rerata peningkatan proses siklus I 65,9, siklus II menjadi 81,25, kemudian siklus III menjadi 89,2. Skor rerata keterampilan berbicara siklus I 54,8, pada siklus II menjadi 66,38, kemudian pada siklus III menjadi 75,64.

Abstract
This research aims at improving the process and result of learning speaking skills using time token arends models. This research was conducted on 5th grade students of SD N Kepek.. The type was Classroom Action Research (CAR) model of Kemmis & Mc Taggart. The Subject of this research were fifth grade in amount of 25 students. The object of this research were the process and result of learning speaking skills. Data collection techniques used observations, tests, field notes and documentations. Research instrument used observation sheet and performance test of speaking skills. The technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The success criteria of this research was the average score of the learning process reaches minimum 75 and the average results score of speaking skills test 75% of student reaches a minimum score 70. The score of first cycle process is 65,9, second cycle is 81,25, then the third cycle is 89,2. This evidenced by average score of first cycle speaking skills is 54,8, second cycle is 66,38, then the third cycle is 75,64.
