IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DI SDIT ANAK SHOLEH

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan di SDIT Anak Sholeh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, perwakilan guru kelas, perwakilan siswa dan penanggung jawab program pendidikan kewirausahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan di SDIT Anak Sholeh sebagai berikut: 1) perencanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan melalui rapat guru yang diselenggarakan setiap awal semester; 2) pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan melalui : integrasi mata pelajaran tematik; kegiatan pengembangan diri yang meliputi: kegiatan rutin (market day, sholat dhuha berjamaah, outing class), kegiatan keteladanan, kegiatan spontan dan kegiatan pengondisian; melalui bahan ajar tematik; melalui kegiatan muatan lokal membatik; dan 3) evaluasi pendidikan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan melalui rapat guru yang diselenggarakan setiap akhir semester.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education at islamic primary school of Anak Sholeh. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of the research were the principal, teacher representative, students representative and coordinator of the entrepreneurship education program. Techniques of data collection were using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. In order to examine the data validity, credibility examination was held with technic triangulation and source triangulation. This research concluded that the implementation of entrepreneurship education at islamic primary school of Anak Sholeh as follows:1) the planning of entrepreneurship education was held through teacher meeting at the beginning semester, 2) the implementation of entrepreneurship education was held through thematic lesson; self development activity included routine activity (market day, dhuha prayer together and outing class), examplery activity, spontaneous activity and conditioning activity; through thematic study material; through membatik activity; and 3) the evaluation of entrepreneurship education was held through teacher meeting at the end of semester.
