PENGARUH HUKUMAN DAN KETELADANAN GURU TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hukuman dan keteladanan guru secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas V SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pengasih.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode ex-postfacto. Populasi berjumlah 616 siswa dengan sampel 237 siswa yang diambil secara acak bertingkat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dengan teknik expert judgment kemudian diujicobakan kepada 150 siswa. Reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis yang terdiri dari uji linearitas, uji normalitas, dan uji multikoliniearitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi parsial dan analisis regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara hukuman dan keteladanan guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Adapun pengaruh parsial hukuman sebesar 14,93%, keteladanan guru sebesar 14,37%, dan pengaruh simultan kedua variabel sebesar 29,3%.

Abstract

This research aimsat determining the influenceof punishment and teachers’model on fifth grade student’s discipline behaviorin Pengasih District both partially and simultaneously. This research used the ex-post facto method. The population was all fifth grade students of public elementary school in Pengasih Distrcit with a total of 616 students, then 237 students were taken as sample using multistage random sampling. The technique for collecting data used psychology scale. The validity test of instrument was the content validity with expert judgement technique, then was tested to 150 students. Reliability of instrumen was used Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The analysis prerequisite test used the normality, linearity, and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis test used partial correlation test and multiple regression test. The result showed that there were a positive and significant influence between punishment and teacher’s model both partially and simultaneously on students’ discipline. The partial influence of punishment as 14,93%, teachers’ model as 14,37%, and the simultaneous influence of these two variables were 29,3%.
