IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER CINTA TANAH AIR DI SD NEGERI GEMBONGAN SENTOLO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air di SD Negeri Gembongan Sentolo. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SD Negeri Gembongan telah mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air dengan baik melalui pembelajaran, budaya sekolah dan pengembangan diri siswa, dalam bentuk kegiatan dan program sekolah atau kelas yang berjalan dengan baik dan rutin dilaksanakan, hal tersebut tampak dari berbagai kegiatan yang bisa diikuti siswa dalam mendukung terbentuknya karakter cinta tanah air seperti ekstrakurikuler gamelan dan karawitan, tari tradisional, Pramuka, seni musik. Kepedulian sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air juga dilihat melalui diadakanya berbagai kegiatan untuk memperingati hari besar nasional. Di dalam kelas guru mengenalkan salam PPK yang berisi 5 pilar penting karakter yang harus dimiliki siswa yaitu religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong – royong, dan integritas.

Abstract
This study aimed to determined the implementation of nationalism character education at Gembongan Elementary School, Sentolo. Data collection in this study used observation, interviews, and document study. Test of data validity that used were source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Gembongan Elementary School had implemented the nationalism character education well through learning, school culture and self-development of students, in the form of school and class activities and programs that run well and routinely carried out, it was seen from various activities that could followed by students in supporting the formation of nationalism characters such as extracurricular gamelan and karawitan, traditional dance, scouting, music arts etc. The school's concern in forming the nationalism character was also could be seen through the holding of various activities to commemorate national holidays. In the classroom the teacher introduced the PPK which contains 5 important pillars of character that must be possessed by students namely religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity.
