PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KERJASAMA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NHT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SD N Gunungpring 2. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara dekskriptif kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kerjasama dari siklus I sampai siklus II. Kerjasama siswa dapat meningkat melalui berbagai proses, 1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan langkah-langkah NHT, 2) pemberian reward saat tahap answering mampu meningkatkan motivasi setiap anggota untuk saling bekerjasama. Peningkatan dapat dilihat melalui hasil perhitungan skor kemampuan kerjasama siswa siklus I sebesar 68,45% dengan kategori tinggi dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 80,51% dengan kategori sangat tinggi.

Abstract
This research aims to improve the cooperation skills through cooperative learning model type NHT of science subject of grade V in Gunungpring 2 Elementary School. This type of research is collaborative Classroom Action Research used the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The data was collected by observation and questionnaire. The technique of the data analysis were qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of this research showed an improvement of cooperation skills from cycle I to cycle II. Students’ cooperation can increase through various processes, 1) implementation of learning in accordance with NHT steps, 2) giving reward during answering step can increase motivation for each member to cooperate with each other. The improvement can be seen from the results of the calculation of the student cooperation skills in the first cycle was 68,45% with a high category and increased on the second cycle was 80,51% with a very high category.
