Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan informasi terkait pelaksanaan tahap pembiasaan pada program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jlaban, Kecamatan, Sentolo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah Guru Kelas I - VI, Kepala Sekolah dan siswa kelas I-VI. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah Tahap Pembiasaan di SDN Jlaban perlu dievaluasi. Evaluasi diperlukan karena pelaksanaan tahap pembiasaan di kelas belum berjalan terstruktur dan terprogram dengan baik, dan sarana prasarana yang perlu ditinjau efektivitasnya untuk menumbuhkan karakter gemar membaca pada siswa. Kegiatan literasi di kelas juga perlu adanya pelibatan publik yang terencana dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe information related to the implementation of the Habituation Phase in the School Literacy Program at the Jlaban Elementary School, District, Sentolo, Kulon Progo Regency. This research used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were Grade 1st - 6th Teachers, Principals and students of Grade 1st - 6th. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Validity data test uses technical and source triangulation. Results of the study indicate that the implementation of the School Literacy Program in the Habituation Phase at SDN Jlaban needs to be evaluated. Evaluation is needed because the implementation of the Habit Phase in the class has not been structured and programmed properly, and the infrastructure that needs to be reviewed for its effectiveness in growing character likes to read to students. Literacy activities in the classroom need well planned public involvement too.
